Treat yourself to a long weekend in the serene French countryside to refocus on what truly matters. Experience the Ayurvedic lifestyle and spend time in nature in this preserved area of France. This infinitely rich retreat, featuring authentic Ayurvedic treatments, includes gentle yoga practice every day before breakfast, plus two other daily activities : sound healing meditation, walking meditation in the forest, breath work in nature, a workshop on Ayurveda, and more.

Highlights of the Ayurveda Week-end Retreat:

A 3-day and 3-night immersion in the exceptional setting of Château de la Pierre
2 Ayurvedic treatments (3 hours in total): one classic Abhyanga massage and one long full-body Ayurvedic massage of your choice or Shirodhara
3 yoga sessions (1 hour 30 minutes each), guided meditations and relaxations, and a meditative Forest Bathing walk excursion.
Organic locally sourced meals three times a day, prepared according to Ayurvedic principles.
4 guided meditative activities
